 Celebrity Chef Anthony Worrall Thompson and Geoff Sands from the Publican present Geoff Holland from the Holly Bush with. the Award for Best British Food 2003..  Best British Food 2003. The Holly Bush Inn is very proud to have been awarded best Britsh Food 2003 at the prestigious Publican Pub Food Awards. Hosted by celebrity chef Anthony Worrall Thompson the ceremony was held on the 13th November at the Queen Elizabeth Centre, Westminster where Holly Bush Landlord Geoff Holland accepted the award  Les Routiers Dining Pub Of The Year. Les Routiers Pubs and Inns Awards 2004 Central and East Anglia region Dining Pub of the Year. Awards are judged in six regions using feedback from the public together with regular reports by incognito inspectors in the field. The areas are: London and the South East, South West, Central and East Anglia, North, Scotland, and Wales and the Welsh Borders. To select the national winners, independent judges are appointed by each guide editor to visit each anonymously and report back. The national winners are those who most uphold Les Routiers' core values: HOSPITABLE - friendly staff offering a genuine warm welcome and taking pride in every aspect of the work; QUALITY FOOD AND DRINK - fresh home-cooked food complemented by fine wines and ales all of which is locally sourced where possible; IDIOSYNCRATIC - privately-owned with individual style and charm; VALUE FOR MONEY - to exceed expectations within a realistic budget. Awarded National Pub Website Of The Year 2003 by The Morning Advertiser This website has been awarded pub website of the year at the prestigious Morning Advertiser Pub Industry Awards. The awards ceremony took place at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London where Geoff Holland from the Holly Bush Inn was presented the award by TV host Clive Anderson. The award was sponsored by Barbox.  Central Region Pub Website Of The Year 2005 The Holly Bush website has been voted Central Region Pub Website Of The Year in the prestigious Morning Advertiser Pub Industry Awards. The Award is sponsored by Barbox and the Holly Bush site will be up against the other regional winners in February to find the national winner.....  We have recently been recomended by Which? We are one of only 150 Food Pubs listed in the Country.  Pick of the Pubs. Featured for the forth year running and the only pub listed in Staffordshire.  Staffordshire good food awards. Highly commended.  Stafford In Bloom. Winner of Stafford In Bloom Best Rural Pub 2004.  CAMRA Pub Of The Month We are very pleased that we have been awarded CAMRA pub of the month for our real ales. Don't just Come And Meet Real Anoraks....come and enjoy some of the finest real ales around! The Holly Bush would not have been able to win these awards without the continuing support and dedicated teamwork of all of its staff.
