The Holly Bush Inn has now been operated by Geoff Holland & family for over 25 years. We are a traditional, thatched country inn with quintessentially English character. We pride ourselves on homemade, award winning food, great beers, good wines to match and all served by our friendly and professional team.
Value for money is one of our core values. We make several trips a week, in the dark hours of the mornin, to wholesale markets and buy our produce direct, passing the savings on to our customers. We buy all raw and unprepped vegetables, whole fresh fish & fresh whole cuts of meat. By cutting out the middle man we can provide high quality British beef, free range chicken and pork at honest prices.. We even get our venison wild from "Cannock Chase"
